My journey has led me to explore various positions and aspects of the sector, both domestically and internationally. For the past 5 years, I have been based in the United Kingdom, where I have been involved in high-profile projects, providing consulting services for establishment and operation, as well as food and beverage investments. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to participate in important international projects.

I hold a gastronomy license and have held managerial and supervisory roles in a variety of start-up businesses, including hotel, restaurant, and café chains, as well as owning my own business. Furthermore, I have contributed to various TV and print media outlets in the field of food and beverage.
